ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and currently has a team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2011, starting out in homeowners and auto claims. Over time, I realized how many people didn’t fully understand their insurance, and I wanted to be the one to help change that — to educate and guide customers so they can protect what matters most.
Outside of the office, I coach a middle school swim team and love spending time outdoors, especially camping and fishing. Giving back is important to me, and I’m proud to be involved with several local nonprofits.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Peter Scherbel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensación: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
